I am in the process of suing the burlington county nj child support judge for violating my civil rights. He violated my constitutional rights when he forced me to pay child support and college tuition for my 18 year old daughter attending college. Under the us constitution and the NJ constitution he violated my rights.
Only 10 states in the us make a single father pay child support after the age of 18, NJ is one of them. If you are married with children in NJ, the family decides if they want to pay college expenses. Anyone who would like to help, please let me know.
